We have recently received several inquiries regarding the new REACH regulation and its future associated availability of our products.

Below you will find updated status information:
FENOPLAST Fügetechnik has been actively involved for several years with various associations in discussions about REACH.  As the enactment approaches, requirements have been already set for our delivery program in accordance to future REACH conformity.
Detergents, adhesives and sealants manufactured and marketed by us are defined as “formulations”, which are not registered with the new European Chemicals Agency in Helsinki (ECHA).  However, the chemical raw materials used by us are required to be registered within a timeframe of 3.5 to 11 years.

FENOPLAST Fügetechnik GmbH monitors that all chemical raw materials used by us are pre-registered with the European Chemicals Agency through the raw material manufacturers.  Accordingly, we can continue to ensure availability of products quality and quantity which you are accustomed to. Therefore our products are and will remain in compliance with the new REACH regulation.
